Fragaria vesca ‘Waldsteinchen’ is an old German cultivar that was selected in 2008 by Manfred Hans. It originated in Bohemia and is a small-fruited everbearing form similar to the old Gaillon. Gaillon is one of the first if not the first alpine cultivars selected in the 1800's. The plant is compact and is a clumping type. Great choice for growing indoors.
