'Déesse des Vallées' in French means "Goddess of the Valleys". It is the same as the Italian Dea delle Valli. It is an improved 'Reine des Vallees'. 35+ seeds per packet. Seed produced in Delaware U.S.A.

The fruit of Deesse is said to be more "rustic" than Reine. We're not 100% sure what that means but suspect it means that the fruit is not as smooth in appearance as Reine des Vallees. Fruit size of Déesse tends to be a little larger than Reine which might account for it being more productive than Reine. Fruit color of Deesse tends to be darker red than Reine.
